Cajun Camp, April 2010
During April, 2010, we toured to Louisiana by way of Iowa, Missouri and Arkansas as well as
thru Mississippi and Tennesse on the return trip. The emphasis was on Cajun Culture -
history, music and cuisine. We referred to the trip as our own Cajun Elderhostel or
Cajun Camp as we camped out a lot.
