GLBT Historical Society

Lesbian Herstory Archives
Began in 1973, the Lesbian Herstory Archives collects, preserves, and makes accessible a range of materials related to the lives and experiences of lesbians. The collection includes papers of lesbian and women/feminist organization, unpublished papers, manuscript sources, periodicals, pamphlets, subject and vertical files. Stonewall Library and Archives
The mission of the Stonewall Library and Archives is to collect, preserve, organize, and display materials related to glbt persons and organizations. In addition to books, the library has hundreds of records of individuals and organizations, over 3,000 newspapers, magazines, and newsletters.
